Tenzing AI is an AI advisory and implementation consultancy based in Dublin, Ireland. When we refer to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean Tenzing AI.

  • Contact information — name, email address, phone number, and business name when you contact us or book a consultation
  • Communication records — emails, messages, and notes from our conversations

  • Chat widget messages — if you use our on-site AI chat assistant, your messages are processed to generate responses but are not stored long-term

We will never sell your data to third parties. We will never use your data for purposes unrelated to our services without your explicit consent.

  • Legitimate interest — to respond to enquiries and deliver our services

5. Data Sharing

We may share data with:

  • Service providers — hosting, email, and analytics tools that help us operate (e.g., Vercel for hosting, Google Analytics if enabled). All providers are GDPR-compliant or operate under adequate safeguards.
  • AI service providers — our chat widget uses Anthropic's Claude API. Messages sent through the chat are processed by Anthropic under their data processing terms. No personally identifiable information is required to use the chat.

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Typically:

  • Enquiry data: 12 months after last contact
  • Client project data: duration of engagement plus 6 years (Irish tax requirements)
  • Chat widget messages: not stored beyond the browser session

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Rectification — correct any inaccurate data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restriction — limit how we process your data
